These are the toggles that I use instead of snaps. They are made out of
1/2 plywood scraps. I cut the plywood into triangles, drill a hole through them and attach
the tugline.
I did have to modify my harness tug loops, making them just big enough for
the toggle to fit through. If they are too big the toggle will bounce out of the loop.
